Due date for Bachelor of Computer Science & Engineering Supervisor Application Form:  26^th February, Friday, 2016 First Semester

 Please refer to the “Computer Science & Engineering Project Supervisor Application Form” as attached. 

1. Please download the form if you intend to attend “Information Engineering Supervising Topics One” for next semester.
2. Please return/hand back this form to Ms. Lu, Department of Computer Science, EC343 room, after being confirmed and signed back from the supervised professor.

【Remark】

1. Full-time faculty can supervise 7 students at most. Adjunct faculty can supervise 3 students at most. A team normally consists of 3 students.
2. Please return/hand back this form to Ms. Lu, located at Department of Computer Science, EC343 room, after being confirmed and signed back from the supervised professor and before 26^th, February, 2015.
3. “Computer Science & Engineering Project” will be blocked if the student enrolled after 2010, failed “Basic Programming Design”.
