Academic Dress Application Guide, Academic Year 2013
I. Students graduate in Academic Year 2013 shall apply for Academic Dress on-line yourselves.
II. Academic Dress application timeframe:
i. For bachelor and master students:
In time apply:
From March 15 to March 27, 2014.
Delay apply :
From April 7 to April 14, 2014.
(Extra NT50 penalty). We will not accept the application after delay apply.
Deadline to pay: From March 15 to April 16, 2014 (to the person in charge)
Time to get cloth: To be announced.
ii. For PhD. Students:
From May 19 to June 7, 2014 (8:00 to 12:00 and 13:30 to 16:20)
PhD. students shall apply on line and print out the payment notification to “Property Management Division” to finish the application yourselves.
iii. Deadline to get back the academic dress:
From June 9 to June 13, 2014
(Notice: Bachelor and Master students get back to the person in charge of your department. PhD. students return yourselves).

ii. Registry procedures: Input student ID number→ Input password（Register the personal information if first time to use the system）→ Read the guide of application→ Application process.
V. Procedure to get Academic Dress:
i. Bachelor and Master students please contact the person in charge of your department.
Be sure to pay the fee in announced time(Bachelor: NT80, Master: NT160), getting the Academic Dress, and getting it back to the same “person in charge” in the arranging time which will be announced. Please don’t return yourself.
ii. PhD students shall finish all procedures ( get and return back) yourselves.
