Job Description and Responsibility: 
- Cloud-based server development team management 
- Design server architecture and feature specification to provide variety of smart-home services 
- Manage entire software development/testing/release cycle, procedure and methodology 
- Manage software engineering resources and monitor team activity to meet the feature development time-lines 

- Work with PM to ensure of the successful on-time delivery 
- Work with PM/Marketing staff for product feature and road-map planning 
- Assist in developing marketing and promotional materials 

- Cloud-based server deployment, management, and maintenance (in service providers' network environment) 

Qualification and Requirements: 
- BS/MS in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering or equivalent ones preferred 
- Strong programming skills in Java, C/C++, SQL, PHP, JavaScript, HTML5 
- Familiar with networking knowledge and protocols, i.e. TCP/IP, HTTP, RTP/RTSP, VPN, SSL, DHCP, NFS 
- Strong knowledge of Linux network programming (Socket, Multi-threading, Asynchronous IPC...) 
- Strong project management skills and understanding of software development cycle
- 10~12+ years of software engineering experience 
- 5+ years of development experience related to large-scale cloud-based application server
- 2~3+ years of management experience of software development team 

- Large-scale network system deployment, integration, and operation management experience is a plus 
- Knowledge of VM environment and ISP network operation management is a plus 
- Working experience in networking or Internet industry is a plus 

- Proven capability to build/nurture the team, coach and motivate members for innovation, best optimum and moral 
- Proven ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams across product line boundaries 
- Passion for new cloud-based services and state-of-the-art technologies 
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin 
- Self-motivated, action and result-oriented team player
