演講者經歷：
Dr. Yu has over 20 Years’ Telecommunication research experiences in CHT Telecommunication Laboratories, and built his expertise
through various projects such as Digital rural switching system, ISDN, Frame Relay, ATM/B-ISDN, Network architecture evolution
for Internet, PSTN/IN and Internet integration and NGN & VoIP.
He has been as a member of National WAN-SIG in Taiwan and participated in proposing National WAN standards. He also serves
as a delegate of CHT in international/national forums such as All IP Interconnection forum, IN/VASA Forum, Vita Forum, ENUM Forum,
APEC TEL 31 and Next Generation Networks Summit, IQPC. In 1999, he was a visiting researcher in Telcordia. In 2009, he got a
Best Award of national distinguished engineer. Since 2001, he has been working as a Project manager and leading an NGN/VoIP
project for PSTN migration. His research interests include network protocols, network service control architecture, and internetworking.
He received his BS and MS from National Cheng-Kung University and his PhD from National Taiwan University of Science Technology,
all in Electrical Engineering.
