主旨：有關本校碩博班免收學分費申請相關事宜，如附說明，請  查照。

說明：

一、申請對象：本校一般生碩士及博士(不含專班)若修課符合免收學分費條件者。

（此信件是對所有研究所學生公告信，不需要者(未修課同學或交換生)可忽略!）

二、申請期間：3月4-8日下午5點前截止

三、申請條件：

1.本校碩、博士生修完畢業學分數【符合畢業資格之修課相關規定】，有下列情形者得免繳學分費。

（1）修習一般專業課程（不包含：必修課程、先修課程、個別指導課程、書報討論、論文研討、專題研討、專班課程、EMBA課程、教育學程課程、實驗課程、外語課程、大學部所有課程[含軍訓、體育、通識]等）

（2）修習與交大互惠他校的校際選修課程。

2.符合以上條件請於今年3月8日(五)下午5點前填寫「碩博生免收學分費申請表」，完成手續，繳交至課務組，逾期不候。

3.辦理時請附上1.歷年成績單及2.本學期選課單備查。（請上網自行列印）

1.Graduate students may not need to pay the credit fees after obtaining the required graduation courses and credits under the following circumstances:

(1) taking general professional courses (excluding required courses, prerequisite courses, personal instruction courses, independent study, seminar, colloquium, thesis, special topic courses, degree program courses, EMBA courses, teacher education courses, laboratory courses, foreign language courses, and undergraduate courses[including Military Training, Physical Education, General Education] etc.)

(2) Inter-school courses from other allied schools of NCTU.

2.fill in ‘Application Form for Exempted Payment of Credit Fees by Master’s/PhD Students’ and finish the process before Mar. 8(Fri.) 17:00 p.m.
