Due date for Bachelor of Computer Science & Engineering Supervisor Application Form: 2^nd March, Friday, 2018 Second Semester

1. Please refer to the “Computer Science & Engineering Project Supervisor Application Form” as attached. 
2. Please download the form if you intend to attend “Computer Science and Engineering Projects ” for next semester.

         * If you have submitted the application form before, you will not have to submit again.

1. Please return/hand back this form to Ms. Yang, Department of Computer Science, EC343 room, after being confirmed and signed back from the supervised professor.

【Remark】

1. Full-time faculty can supervise 7 students at most. A team normally consists of 3 students.
2. Please return/hand back this form to Ms. Chang, located at Department of Computer Science, EC343 room, after being confirmed and signed back from the supervised professor and before 2^nd, March 2018.
3. “Computer Science and Engineering Project” will be blocked if the student enrolled after 2010, failed “Basic Programming Design”.
