【講題大綱】

The rapid evolution of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) into Agentic Process Automation (APA) represents a paradigm shift in how enterprises approach digital transformation. Traditional RPA has streamlined repetitive tasks, but its rule-based nature limits adaptability in complex and dynamic environments. By embedding intelligence into software agents, organizations can achieve autonomous, context-aware decision-making while maintaining efficiency at scale. However, this shift raises pressing concerns around trust, safety, and responsible deployment.

This work explores the concept of Trusted Intelligence—a framework for developing AI Agents that are secure, reliable, and transparent. It emphasizes industry needs such as compliance with regulations, explainability of decisions, resilience against adversarial threats, and seamless integration with existing IT and operational ecosystems. Practical pathways are discussed for migrating from deterministic RPA workflows toward adaptive AI-driven agents that enhance productivity across industries including finance, healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing.

By aligning agentic automation with principles of safety and governance, enterprises can unlock new levels of innovation without sacrificing control or accountability. The vision of Trusted Intelligence ensures that AI Agents are not only powerful but also trustworthy, enabling organizations to embrace automation with confidence and prepare for a future of human-AI collaboration.
