CS Senior Students who are interested in this program, please fill out the Google form by 5:00 pm on December 18 Mon.

Please upload the following requirements on the Google form:

2. Study Plan
3. Official Transcript
4. TOEFL Transcript (within two years) English Proficiency requirements are listed on the Illinois Graduate College website at  https://grad.illinois.edu/admissions/instructions/04c
5. Statement of Purpose (1-2 pages, double-spaced)
6. Personal Statement (1-2 pages, double-spaced)
7. Others ( personal achievement or additional documents that support your application)
