Department of Computer Science invites applications at all levels of Full Professor/ Associate Professor/ Assistant Professor, beginning in August, 2013. Applicants in all areas of computer science are welcome. Candidates should have a PhD degree in the related areas, strong commitment to excellent research and teaching, and evidence of outstanding research accomplishment or potential. The department offers BS/MS/PhD programs and provides an excellent research and teaching environment. National Chiao Tung University is one of the top-ranking universities in Taiwan. It is located in Hsinchu City, about 70 kilometers south of Taipei, and next to the Hsinchu Science-Based Industrial Park, which is famous for its world-class ICT industry. There are substantial opportunities to work with high-tech companies and obtain industrial-based projects.
