國立陽明交通大學教務處課務組公告
主旨：有關本校111下學期選課的重要事宜，如附說明，請 查照。
說明：
一、請同學務必於2月24日(五)前，上網檢查自己選課情形。「確認選課狀況」：選課情形以網路為主（自己欲修習課程請與網路上功課表一致）。若是校際選修的同學：請於繳單次日上網確認校際選修的課程。
二、選課網址：本校生請由陽明交大單一入口https://portal.nycu.edu.tw 點選「陽明交通大學」-「一般選課系統」。(若無法登入，請改用「無痕」網頁模式)
三、開學後加退選：2月13日中午12:00~2月24日上午10:00 (最後選課截止為2月24日上午10:00)
(1)選課時間：每日中午12點至次日10點止。
(2)選課分發：每日上午10點至中午12點進行有人數上限課程之選課隨機分發
四、選課前，請先「課程規劃」(非正式選課)。選課時間，同學從「課程規劃區」將課程加入「正式選課清單」。
五、學生選課作業已全面網路化，同學選課以網路為主。但在特殊情況下(如：必修課程退選、人數已滿課程加選、優先權限制)，無法於網路加退選時，學生請先詢問該課程是否開放書面加選。若可接受書面加選，請同學填寫『網路選課加退選處理表』。https://aa.nycu.edu.tw/chcourse/applicationform/ 。繳單後，請同學務必上選課系統確認課程，自己欲修習的所有課程皆要與網路上課表一致(最後的選課情形 以網路選課系統為主)。
六、碩博士班生必修課程，請同學參考各系所專班修課規定後，務必上網選課。(例如：書報討論、論文研究、個別研究、專題研究等等)
七、學生若有「課程與選課規劃」之事宜，請逕洽各 所屬學系辦公室助理、導師或學長姐。 學生若有「選課系統操作」之事宜，請電洽課務組同仁。 陽明校區：02-2826-7000(分機62038、62039) 交大校區：03-571-2121(分機50421-50425)
1、Acceptance of add and drop：2023/02/13 12:00 PM- 2023/02/24 10:00 AM (Deadline：2023/02/24 10:00AM)
(1)From 12:00 PM every day to 10:00 AM next day
(2)The system will shut down at 10:00AM~12:00 PM every day (will perform random distribution of courses with a size limit.)
2、Route: https://portal.nycu.edu.tw > National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University> Online Course Registration System.( If you are unable to access system, please switch to Incognito window)
3、Before the course registration periods begin, click “Emulator” button (please note that this does not mean you completed the course registration). During the course registration period, you should add course to your “regist list”.
4、‘Online Course Add and Drop Application Form’ is for students who were unable to add or drop courses online due to special circumstances during the course registration period, and also got the permission from the course instructor
After submitting the application form, please confirm your course list on course system(the final result will be based on your course system records).
5、Please 『confirm courses status』on the online course selection system before Feb 24. The online result decides a student’s status of course registration
6、Graduate students please refer to the curriculum and regulations of your programs and make sure you register the core courses as required.
7、You may go to the Curriculum Division you tend to go for any further assistance.
