研討室線上預約規則

  1. 借用對象:本系專任老師、合聘及兼任老師。

  2. 本規則適用工三館研討室 330、334、345、411、412、427、500A、500B、513、543、600A、600B、614、700、340、ES701、ES705室。

  3. 研討室 330、411、427、513 為長期借用研討室,每學期初由各教授登記(至多兩小時)並抽籤決定使用時段,使用期限為一學期。

  4. 除長期借用研討室外,其餘研討室皆為短期借用研討室,開放給各實驗室登記。

  5. 長期借用研討室若有空餘時段,一併與非固定研討室開放預約。

  6. 開放預約時間為每週一早上八點,可登記本週起四周內之研討室。

  7. 預約時,請先登入;帳號為教授的 E-mail 帳號,預設密碼為 E-mail 密碼。

  9. 為維持公平,除非畢業口試或是重要會議等,恕不幫忙預先登記,還請見諒。

  10. 若需提前預約畢業口試及重要會議之研討室,請至 EC341 室或撥分機 56681 登記,並請出示證明文件 (會議通知、口試表等)。

  11. 若遇上院、系相關會議需用研討室,請自動讓出。

  12. 已登記使用者,若因故取消使用,請務必於登記處刪除,以避免影響他人使用權益。 修改期限為預約後至使用當天早上七點止。

  13. 研討室之影音設備、桌椅請勿隨意搬動,使用後請恢復原狀。

  14. 本規則自公告後開始實施,若有修正,以公告後修正版本為準。

Discussion Room Online Reservation Regulations

  1. Borrowing Eligibility: Full-time faculty, jointly appointed faculty, and part-time faculty of the department.

  2. These regulations apply to Discussion Rooms 330, 334, 345, 411, 412, 427, 500A, 500B, 513, 543, 600A, 600B, 614, 700, 340, ES701, and ES705 of Engineering Building 3.

  3. Discussion Rooms 330, 411, 427, and 513 are for long-term use. At the beginning of each semester, professors may sign up (up to 2 hours) and draw lots to decide the usage time. The usage term is one semester.

  4. Except for the long-term discussion rooms, all other discussion rooms are short-term discussion rooms, open for registration by laboratories.

  5. If there are vacant time slots for long-term discussion rooms, they will be available for reservation along with non-fixed discussion rooms.

  6. The reservation system opens at 8:00 a.m. every Monday. Reservations can be made for any time within the following four weeks.

  7. Please log in before making a reservation. The username is the professor's email account, and the default password is the same as the email account password.

  9. To maintain fairness, advance reservations will not be accepted except for oral defenses or important meetings.

  10. If advance registration of discussion rooms for oral defenses or important meetings is needed, please visit EC341 or call ext. 56681 for registration. Please provide the related documents (e.g. meeting notifications or oral defense posters).

  11. Meetings of College of CS or Department of CS have priority to use the discussion rooms.

  12. Please make sure to delete from the registration if cancelled to maintain other users’ rights.

  13. Please do not move the video facilities, tables and chairs. Please restore the room after using.

  14. These regulations are put into practice after the bulletin. Please follow the revised version if there should be any revision.
