   炎炎夏日，同學們暑修辛苦了！然而，還是要請您上網填寫暑期課程的教學反應問卷。您的意見與回饋對任課教師來說是很重要的，因為這樣老師們才能改進教學，所以請你務必要耐心、中肯、公平且公正的填答，並提出你對課程的建設性建議。你作答的資料，學校絕對會予以保護。感謝您的幫忙！

備註:

1. 問卷網址：

本校生：登入本校單一入口網站https://portal.nycu.edu.tw ，選擇【陽明交通大學】-【暑修選課系統】；

外校生：https://summercourse.nycu.edu.tw/。

請同學點選左選單「填答教學反應問卷」，右畫面為你這暑期選修的所有課程。

2.請同學中肯作答，作答內容與學期成績無關，問卷結果是下學期開學時才送出，且是不記名的，學校絕對會保護同學的權益，將原始資料做最佳的保護。

3.110暑期教學反應問卷調查作業時間為：111年8月1-21日。

4.若110暑期「未」於國立陽明交通大學暑期選課的學生，不需要做此教學反應問卷。
