國立陽明交通大學(交大校區)教務處課務組公告
主旨：有關本校109下學期選課的重要事宜，如附說明，請 查照。
說明：
- 學生登入「選課系統」請由陽明交大單一入口-「陽明交通大學」-「一般選課系統」https://portal.nycu.edu.tw/
- 請同學務必於3月8日(一)前，上網檢查自己功課表（選課系統之左選單：「確認選課狀況」-「查詢選課狀況」），選課情形以網路為主（自己欲修習課程請與網路上功課表一致）。若是校際選修的同學：請於繳單次日上網確認校際選修的課程。
三、開學後加退選：2月22日~3月8日(每天上午11點至次日9點選課。最後選課截止為3月8日早上9點)
1.無人數限制課程：學生「加選」 →馬上可以「確認選課狀況」（已選）。
2.有人數限制課程：學生「登記/第*志願」→待此階段結束後(每天上午9點至11點) 系統隨機亂數分發→每天上午11:00再上網「確認選課狀況」（已選）。
四、選課作業已全面網路化（請上網加退選），在特殊情況下(如：退選必修課程、人數已滿課程等)，若無法於網路加退選時，請同學填寫『網路選課加退選處理表』(加退選交大校區課程適用)申請加退選，經任課老師簽核，開課助理處理。（學生可於課務組網頁之各類申請表下載 https://aa.nycu.edu.tw/chcourse/regulation/ ）。
五、交大校區學生欲選修陽明課程，請填「網路加退選處理表」(加退選陽明校區課程適用) 。
- 碩博士班生必修課程，請同學參考各系所專班修課規定後，務必上網選課。(例如：書報討論、論文研究、個別研究、專題研究等等)。

- 對象：全校學生。

- 選課日期：110年2月22日-3月8日
(每天上午11點至次日9點選課。最後選課截止為3月8日早上9點)
Course registration date: 22 February ~8 March ,2021
( From 11:00 AM every day to 9:00 AM next day)
(Deadline：9:00 AM , March 8 ,2021)
- 受理項目：一般課程之加退選、興趣選修課程登記志願、有選修人數限制課程登記志願。
Processing items: add and drop of general courses, enter priority options of elective courses, enter priority options of courses with a size limit.
- 關機時間：選課期間每日09:01-10:59，處理興趣選修課程剩餘名額電腦抽籤分發、有人數限制課程剩餘名額電腦抽籤分發。
Computer shutdown time: The computer will randomly distribute the remaining openings of elective courses and courses with size limit from 09:01 am to 10:59 am every day during the time of course selection.
- 有人數限制之課程採當日登記隔日早上分發處理，未分發上之同學，需重新登記志願。
A standard procedure for courses with size limit is enrollment during the day and distribution during the next morning. Those who haven’t successfully registered for a course please fill out your preference options .
- 本階段選課結果核對：請同學務必於3月8日前上網路選課系統『確認選課狀況』-『查詢選課狀況』，選課狀況以網路為主。
Result Verification: Please 『confirm courses status』and 『query course status』on the online course selection system beforeMarch 8. The online result decides a student’s status of course registration.

- 選課加退選截止（3月8日）前，學生應自行上網至網路選課系統『確認選課狀況』-『查詢選課狀況』，確認所選之科目。
Please 『confirm courses status』and 『query course status』on the online course registration system to make sure all courses selected are correct before the course registration deadline (March 8).
