備註：

1、此信件是對全校所有學生公告信，不需要(停修)者可忽略!

2、停修申請表請至課務組索取或至課務組網頁→各類申請表

3、因為業務環環相扣，麻煩同學若需要申請停修，請於12月15日（二）下午5點前完成。(若有任何問題者，請於期限內至課務組詢問或報備)

4、同學常問之問題：

（1）若有修課困難者，請填寫「停修課程申請表」，每學期限一門課。(若有特殊狀況，經任課教師、導師或指導老師、系所主管同意者，不受此限。)

（2）成績單上，此門課程會註記W，不會打分數或影響平均分數。

（3）校際選修的課程請於兩校最早截止日期前辦理，並請外校課務組簽核(例如：清華大學本學期截止日為11月30日(一))。

國立交通大學學生申請停修課程辦法

National Chiao Tung University Student Course Withdrawal Application Policies

一、本校為顧及學生於學期中發生特殊情況，致當學期部份課程無法繼續修習，特訂定停修課程辦法。

The course withdrawal policies are implemented to enable students who are in exceptional situations to withdraw from a course during the semester.

二、學生申請停修課程，最遲應於上學期十二月十五日前、下學期五月十五日前完成申請之手續。暑期修課得在期末考前申請停修一門至全部課程，所繳學分費概不退還。

Applications to drop courses must be completed no later than December 15st during the first semester or May 15st during the second semester.

三、停修之申請須經任課老師、導師及系所主管之同意，並將申請表單送交教務處辦理，任課教師及各系所得從嚴自訂停修條件。

The instructor, advisor, and department chair must authorize the application. Students also have to send the application form to the Curriculum Division. Instructors and departments may set strict rules by themselves.

四、停修科目仍須登記於該學期成績單，於成績欄註明「Ｗ」。

A “W” will be noted in front of the title of the dropped course on the transcript.

五、停修科目數一學期以一門為限，且該學分不計入該學期所修學分數計算。

Students may not drop more than one course per semester. Total credits for the semester will not include the credits for the dropped course.

六、學生申請停修課程後，當學期修習學分仍應達最低應修學分數之規定。

Total credits for the semester must still meet the minimum requirements after course withdrawal.

七、本辦法由教務會議訂定實施，修訂時亦同。

The Academic Affairs Committee authorizes and enforces these policies and is also responsible for further revision.
